Our Monthly Fitness Program is designed to help you build strength, boost endurance, and stay motivated throughout the month. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level, this program offers a well rounded mix of strength training, cardio, mobility, and recovery sessions.
Each week includes scheduled group session meetings, either in person or virtual, where you’ll receive personalised guidance, technique corrections, and motivation from a certified coach.
